Rusty Pelican is a four-bedroom, two-bath third row, channel front beach house located 0.6 miles south of Garden City Pier. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, hardwood floors, and ceiling fans. Four TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and three queen-sized beds plus one queen-sized sofa bed. Outdoor amenities include a private swimming pool, pool furniture, covered porch, enclosed shower, and private floating and stationary docks. No boat lift. This property also features a private ground level full-bath located within a storage room that is not included in the bath count. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
