Look no further than Sea Oaks condominiums in Garden City Beach, SC. #304 is ocean front, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, which comfortable sleeps 6. Custom tiled bathrooms! 3 TVs, WIFI, Washer/dryer. Enjoy all the sights, sounds and scents that the beach has to offer right from the comforts of your own private screen porch. Elevator and pool add to the attraction of Sea Oaks.

Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 31. The beach is steps away from the pool area, so pack your beach gear and have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf! For your convenience, there is an elevator at Sea Oaks. Dine in and barbeque at the outdoor grill area or go for a short drive to dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

    We loved the location of this rental. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Bring spices if you want to cook.Only problem was having the A/C man come one day, then the next day the pest service man came and knocked and started opening the door before my husband even got to the door. It seems that Dune's Realty should give you a call that people will be coming to work on the unit. It was unsettling to think they could walk in when we aren't expecting anyone or that they could be going through the unit while we are out and do not know about it.Dune's Realty did call to tell us a repair man was coming in an hour to do a rather extensive repair. When I asked if that could be put off I was told no but surprisingly, when my husband got on the phone they agreed immediately to cancel the service while we were there. Loved the rental, not the rental company.

    Overall would rent again

    Great location. The outside of the condo was a little run down, but the inside of the condo was immaculate. Roomy. A quiet feel to the complex overall. Large machinery made noise early in the mornings as their is currently construction. Fireworks every night until 11:00. Pool is cold and no deck furniture. Despite these issues. The location was great, we had a good time and it met our needs nicely.
