“Had a lovely time here with Lisa and Chris. Very nice owners, accommodating and knowledgeable. Fresh continental breakfast every morning, set us up for the day along with use of a coffee machine. The location is quiet and air conditioning in rooms (which was very much needed) Short walk into the centre (5/10mins) or a nice stroll to the castle (25/40mins pace dependant). Train station roughly 15mins with easy links to Toulouse (40/50mins) or Narbonne (30mins) Plenty of places to eat and drink……

“Very spacious, clean, air-conditioned, close to the Cité. Elevator and parking. Part of a senior housing of some sort but that didn’t take away from the space whatsoever.”

“We arrived in Carcassonne on a beautiful sunny day, the hotel is beautiful, and perfectly located just a very short walk from the city walls. We checked in and Stefan was wonderful, we had issues with our car, he rang a local garage and even got us booked in. Our room was stunning with extremely comfortable bed - we had a room with the hot tub, which was perfect temperature, we ended up staying an extra night while the car was being fixed, which gave us the opportunity to explore the old town……

“Close to center of town and also to the castle. Both a short walk, parking can be challenging so leave your car and just walk from your stay. Breakfast included, and host Catherine was super helpful with our heavy luggage.”

“Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.”

“Staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. Air con in the room was great, I enjoyed having a balcony (room 208), the pool area was lovely and breakfast choice was good. A bonus was the use of a water cooler/hot water machine in the corridor. Very close to the castle area.”
