"My room wasnt cleaned for 3 days. I had to ask to have the garbage removed. No care in cleanliness. Hallway carpets covered in crumbs, chips. A salad was dropped by the elevator. Took 24 hours to pick some of it up, after I asked them. Front desk staff not overly welcoming. They sit behind the counter, no interaction with guests coming in and out. It seemed like an inconvenience when I had a question. The housekeeping staff were friendly, but were not attentive to the rooms needs. The pool was great. Towels were stocked, and the deck area clean. The breakfast buffet was good. Great attendant/staff always refilling the food and cleaning. Property is not close to any restaurants or shopping. You would need to drive to get anything. I did get an early check in, which was appreciated. Overall, Id rate this property as a 6/10"

"Our family had an amazing time on our trip. The home was fully stocked with the essentials. The home has so much character and was very comfortable. The pool was amazing, and the landscaping was beautiful! Felt like we were in a secret garden. We were a few minute walk from lots of food options and a quick 10 min walk to downtown. The host was so easy to communicate with and very responsive as well! Highly recommend for your next trip to Tucson! "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly. The location was awesome! There are many great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet in our room even though there was a lot of night life going on nearby. I would stay here again for sure. "
