"The room, as well as the rest of the property, were clean and in good condition. The breakfast had excellent quality which necessarily translated into fantastic value. Overall, the staff was awesome. I must, however, point out a minor glitch in the service: I love that you guys offer soda water, but when I asked for a bottle, or something of the like, to take some to my room, I was given a bottle with no lid, which meant the carbonation wouldn’t last. When I asked if I could have one of the red bottles, the lady told me those were for decoration only; yet I’ve been given red bottles in San Francisco, Washington DC and Boston."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful with the valet ! only one elevator was working while we were there but it wasn't too bad. the room was super clean and spacious! and it's tons to do around the area of the hotel!"

"Staff is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately the room was dirty, including food remnants on numerous surfaces and bathrobes with visible stains. Not good enough for a Fairmont, probably won't come back."
