“There was a little confusion around check in, resulting in us not being able to access the property until a couple of hours after the 4pm check in time. This was very concerning as we had a car full of groceries upon our arrival (over 700 worth of groceries). Pool was cloudy upon our arrival, but cleared up by the second day.
