"Positive: Location is next to entry to Central Park and Lotte Mart. Clean room with walkin closet, good amenities including dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer & dryer. Buffet breakfast has good variety. Good fitness center. Excellent city view. Negative: Washer & dryer not drying well, no swimming pool and spa, lack of cafés and restaurants inside the hotel, no temp room for check-out guest who has to wait for late flight."
