“Carmen was very attentive and helpful! We had a little trouble with the door code but she responded quickly and remedied the issue. The place is as described. We only stayed for 2 days but it was exactly what we needed. The garage was an added bonus! I do wish the main door had a curtain or blind for privacy but its on the 2nd level and sunken back so no major concerns. Neighbors are very friendly! We would stay here again! Thank you!”

“Although the condo itself was very nice and the owner was responsive and pleasant and takes pride in her unit, the condo complex has seen better days. The pool was nice and clean but the other buildings/grounds were in disrepair and seemed a little sketchy. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, which we didn't mind. Beaches were fabulous. Love Sarasota and Siesta Key, just wish the condo complex would put some money and time into the buildings and grounds.”

Had to drive to the accessible beach, to far to drive with any chairs and etc. No a kitchenet, small refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. Hot tub was not open due to it being repaired. "I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there."
