"Easy to find "

"The check in was smooth and quick, front desk staff seemed friendly enough. Get to the room, coffee rings left on all surfaces, puke stain on the carpet next to the bed. Awkward furniture and layout. Everything was loud and echoed. My daughter caught a hairball in her mouth, she is 1, we tried avoiding the floor crawl but failed after hours of trying to keep her off the dirty floor. The park is so busy, standing room only. After our swimsuits dried out, they smelt like straight urine. After many runs to the bathroom with my small children, it is not convenient. Guarantee kids are not making it to the bathroom due to the poor location out of site of parents and fall risk. Frustrating with how many families you serve, lacking changing areas for babies. The bathroom by the pool was absolutely disgusting. I almost lost my marbles with how much hair and water and questionable things on the floor in about a half inch of standing water. We waited 2 hours for towels. Especially how much we paid. We felt like we needed to go home and disinfect everything. Lots of young children are out in floaters and left unattended. I had to save a random kid from drowning that was approximately 3 and unattended. We have given this place 2 visits now. First was just the water park visit and then the overnight stay. Both left feeling gross, overwhelmed by how many people, and relieved to be leaving. We will not be back. "

"I just planned a 5 year old swimming birthday party for my daughter for one night. I bought a suite room and way over paid for it just to have a fantastic experience with family and friends at the water park. I was told we would be able to “ probably have a room available at 1pm , and we would be able to access the waterpark 9am-9pm” so we showed at 1pm and was greeted with a disprectful lady at the front desk, Tina, who said “ I would have never told you that you could swim at 1pm”.. which she did. Then she also told me that my family (who did not want to swim, just visit) could purchase a waterpark pass for $20. But then they turned away my birthday party guessed and would not let them buy any passes. It was all heavily monitored and a babysitting situation by staff rather than a fun waterpark family friendly experience. Then the next morning I went to get complimentary coffee and I asked, Tina, the front desk lady, where the coffee was, she told me they were brewing it and I had to wait OR I had to purchase caribou coffee. She made me wait 10 mins for free coffee rather than just allow me a cup of ready made Caribou coffee after buying a suite room and turning away my guests who wanted to spend money on food and alcohol at their facility. The LEAST she could have done, the next morning, last encounter with me, was offer me the free coffee for my troubles. Just one thing after another with this place. I was willing to buy food, drinks, waterpark passes, arcade, all of it to"

"There was no pool, couldn’t access the weight room, poor condition. "

"No better place or people to be snowed in with!! The food is amazing, Hogan is a great server, bartender and found us a cribbage board to use, thanks to his Mom who also works there. Natalie made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to get back there this summer! "

"Very clean room, all staff were so polite, patient, caring and accommodating! Breakfast is absolutely delicious and I immediately felt comfortable and safe when entering my room. Spacious as well with lots of "storage" areas, enough to be able to unpack and feel even more at home. Charlie's and pizza depot which is advertised throughout the hotel were probably some of the best places I've had food from in a long long time. Had my budget/wallet accommodated for it I would've stayed a lot longer-although I wasn't financially able to the rooms were fairly priced and they allow cash for the security deposit as well which was awesome! 10/10 I would stay again and absolutely recommend here for either a family or single stay!"
