The view was beautiful of the ocean. We could see the fireworks from our balcony on July 4th from the pier.

Cleaning could be better. Toilet was dirty. Couch was dirty and pillows could smell better. The shower drain was super slow. At least the view was nice.

Our Stay at the Patricia Grand 6/12-6/14/22

We weren't able to get in to our room until after 4:15 pm and our checkout time was 10:00 am. Checkout used to be 11:00 am. One main complaint is that we were not able to get to see the NBA finals that Monday night. Non of the staff seem to know how to cable channels worked. The game was on ABC and no one could figure it out bad customer service. We had to watch it on my mobile phone. Really disappointed since we've never had a poor stay there.

PG room 428

The PG was a nice resort however our room’s AC unit did nothing keep us very cool. Not having regular housekeeping was annoying because we had to go the the front desk for fresh towels and TP. Overall the resort was nice.
