The stay was great overall, the location was awesome, there were a lot of dogs which was wonderful and gave my pup many new friends. The home itself needs a little attention but overall, it was a good stay. My pup was comfortable and we enjoyed the ocean view.

My stay at The Patricia Grand was everything I was looking for. The room was clean and stocked when I arrived. The hotel staff was kind and accommodating. Check-in was easy. My view was absolutely beautiful. I spent most of my time in and around the hotel, so I got to experience The Indigo restaurant located on the 2nd floor. They had some of the nicest wait staff I've ever encountered. I didn't have to ask for anything since they were so attentive. My waitress, Rylie, was consistently on top of things. This was my first vacation in 10 years, so I didn't want to be bothered much. The staff here are good about letting you be, but always being close by and ready to serve you if needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed. Signed, a happy Texan.

Unit 0924 was fairly clean, with the exception of sand in the sleeper sofa sheets, and a chalky layer of film on the entire bathroom countertop. Given that we were forced just before checkin to pay a “damage waiver” of $15 per night after paying in full to reserve the unit, we expected the accommodations to have been kept in better shape. We were a bit disappointed in the overall condition of the unit, noting several instances of cosmetic damage. The positives: the balcony view, the oversized shower/tub combo, soft towels.

Staff was great. Lots of black spots on the ceiling. No cover on the fan in the bathroom. Toilet seat was loose. Drain plug in the bathroom sink was off. Never could get the tv to work.

Floors were not clean. Had to wear shoes so feet wouldn’t get dirty. Refrigerator had dried food in it. Bathtub had to be cleaned out before we used it, and the bed was hard as a rock. I slept on the couch because it was more comfortable. The tv also would not work. It came on, but no channels. The view was amazing and we left the sliding door open at night to hear the waves. It was okay for a day or two. I wouldn’t recommend for longer than that if you are looking for a good comfy bed for a good nights sleep.

We really loved the pools and hot tubs; plenty of room to go around! The negative would be the rooms could be a little cleaner, such as the fronts of the kitchen cupboards and the floors. No housekeeping (due to the COVID?). The Staff was friendly and accommodating.
