Neagle house is in a great location with excellent access to the beach and other activities for families. The deck was beautiful and the screened in porch was helpful for small children. However, the house needs a major update or cleaning in the living areas. The couches and chairs are horribly dirty and either need to be replaced or deep cleaned. We put sheets over them to sit on. There was also an excessive amount of spiders in the house all week. The living space is also rather small for the size of the house and the amount of people it holds. The garbage pick up was also an issue. Again, for the amount of people that stay in the house, two garbage cans with one weekly pickup is unreasonable and leads to leaving bags on the curb that attract animals and bugs.During our stay the air conditioner unit was not working. After contacting SeaStar on Sunday they sent someone out on Monday, but did not fix the unit. I needed to make several phone calls before the unit was fixed on Thursday!Overall, the house is in a great location, easy access to the beach and major attractions but needs a big overhall to update and clean
