  • ‘Sweet Caroline’ is just a short walk to the ocean. This home has all new bar area under the house with TV, new paint, flooring, furniture, décor, bedding, mattresses, and more! If you’re looking for the coastal feel for your vacation, look no further. Enjoy 5 spacious bedrooms and an open kitchen and living area with ample dining and bar seating. Equipped with a new elevator with access to the ground level and first floor, this makes transporting luggage and groceries a breeze. When you're not taking in the gorgeous Surfside Beach, enjoy the large backyard and private swimming pool with seasonal pool heat available for an added fee. There is ample parking for up to 6 vehicles, so bring the whole family. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

This was a true delight. Everything was as posted on the site and communication was constant and clear. We had a few issues with the pool light because a power outage (tree damage in the neighborhood took out the power for a few hours). However, the issue was address quickly. I will definitely look to book this gem during our next trip to Surfside Beach.

Sweet Caroline Stay Week of July 19 - 26

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our family down for a relaxing week. The house was great and Sea Star could have not been better, checking in with us and ensuring we had no problems. The only issue we had was the gas grill was unusable due to rust and age. Overall we would highly recommend Sweet Caroline to any family looking for a great beach vacation.

A little improvement

The house was as advertised. The only thing that I would recommend is getting a refrigerator that would be more friendly to people that cook a lot. With covid impacting what we did, a bigger and less broken parts would be great.

My family and I, 11 total, came down to Surfside and had a blast. To have a great experience, it’s starts with the place you stay. We loved the home as it felt like home. Not a some rental. Great space, kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were all great size. Nothing was tight. Kitchen had everything we needed. They do have crockpot and griddle that we always use and plenty of silverware. Couches were comfortable and the TV was good size. If I only had one complaint, it was no cable, everything had to be streamed so unfortunately, we had trouble watching World Cup and NHL Draft. Other than that,tv worked perfect and did what it needed to do when we sat down at night. Pool is great, plenty of seating around the pool and tables to eat on. Tree in back yard provided great shade when you wanted to be out of the sun. Fenced in yard so our dogs could be outside with us and not have to worry about them walking off. Really the backyard was perfect setup. Close to the beach to walk and plenty of parking. Service was on point as Sea Star was always sending a text checking in to make sure our stay was going smoothly as asking if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Location; TLC Needed

Pros: Location, Comfy Beds, Great water pressure i. showers; 5 bathrooms, Large refrigerator, multiple TVs, easy access and information via mobile app! Cons: Saw several roaches (dead and alive), Shower curtain liners were NASTY and bathrooms and floors did not seem clean, sheets are changed BUT bed comforters, shams are not changed between guests!
