Overall a fantastic experience. Could not get the tv remotes to work in the spare bedroom but not a big deal as we spent most of ourntime in the living room. Clean place upon arrival and staff is super friendly.

Great view!

We loved staying right on the beach, very close to everything. Lots to do at the resort itself and the beach was beautiful! Would stay here again. Definitely was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. We had to sweep and mop before we could relax. Bathroom showers were not cleaned well either. But overall we did have an amazing time.

The shower and bathroom could have used better cleaning but the customers basically clean everything themselves so I understand why it wasn’t the cleanest. Overall the location was great, the hotel was great, the beach was amazing! The room itself was exactly as pictured. The little shop, arcade, mini restaurant and bar, and all the pools were exactly as pictured and accessible. I would absolutely go back and wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful place to stay

This was our first time at Myrtle Beach and it was great waking up and being right on the ocean. Had plenty of outside lounging areas for people that were staying in the condo (outdoor/indoor pools, corn hole). There was construction going on that we weren’t aware would be happening, it would start early in the morning and be a bit loud. There were some room doors painted, some not and some started but not finished that was odd to see walking to our room but didn’t cause any problems with our stay. Overall it was an enjoyable and clean experience with minimal issues.

Condo views were beautiful. Dishes needed washed before e we could use them and had to sweep the condo there was still food left behind the master bedroom door and in the common space areas. Parking would be great if I had a normal mid size car. I own an expedition max and because of that parking was extremely close. So if you are going for the view and restaurant on site with a bar it’s ideal. All indoor amenities were closed due to construction so I can not attest to how they are. The outdoor pools hot tub and lazy river were nice but trying to fit everyone into those was not possible. Overall it was a nice stay.

everything was nice and clean. We felt safe being at this condo. The pools were nice. The pool bar was great. Of course the beach was great. We found a lot of shark teeth on the beach, that seems to be a good area for that. overall great experience. we would definitely come back.

Very Pleasant Stay

The property was as described with a fantastic view and plenty of room. It’s an older resort which shows, but location was excellent. Great outside area. Pools were not heated and not really used due to colder weather. Hot tub was always full of people. Condo could have been a bit cleaner and some obvious appliances (coffee maker) were/are on their last leg. All in all it was a very easy rental with no problems or major concerns. Pleasant condo.

Deep cleaning needed

I'm not in favor of giving anyone a negative review, but this condo is certainly deserving of it. Read all reviews (issues with cleanliness), photos "appeared very nice". It was my mistake to assume that the owner would take these cleaning concerns seriously, & address them. Entering the condo, the door doesn't open easily, you need to slam your shoulder on the door for it to open each time, after unlocking. Furniture/molding has not been moved or cleaned in a very long time. I was informed by the rental company - ELLIOTT that deep cleaning was done twice a year. I would have then assumed that the "deep cleaning would have been done after the busy summer/fall season", it clearly was not; my rental was 12/27/24. The condo was so dirty that there was dust with dead bugs on the window's sill, in the MBR. The kitchen cabinets/utensil drawer were so dirty I ran all dishes/utensils in dishwasher, then cleaned the drawers/cabinets I'd use. Oven had old foil pieces left with burn on residue on it. There was heavy dust seeping out of all vents, the air filter for the a/c was beyond dirty with a clean filter sitting along side. Molding were filthy, walls needs attention spackle/paint. Mirrors/glass surfaces - dust/smears/toothpaste etc. Dirty DR chairs/table place-mats. ELLIOTT did have the unit re-cleaned for us, still subpart, dust/dirt remained. Then asked to relocate 1 day before ck-out, due to a leak MBR shower, causing flooding below us. Then given 125 for "our inconvenience"??
