We had a great family vacation- resort met expectations with children- pools- beach- room had enough room for all hallways were dirty- elevators were dirty- lines to talk to front desk had ridiculous waiting times.

not what we expected

I dont want to say we didnt enjoy our stay because we did. We just werent a huge fan of THIS particular condo & some of the things about it. The person who checked us in gave us about zero info. I kept having to ask the questions...there is literally no map of the place. It took us 3 days to figure out there was another sections of pools & the putt putt course ACROSS the street. There is no room service even though there is a button for it on the phone & we saw pictures online of a gift shop plus there was a sign next to an elevator stating where it was buy when we asked the front desk was told rudely that there wasn't one. Might want to take down your sign then! The restaurant, Lattitides was amazing, though & the service was great! Shark Bites by the pool has great food, too. We did have fun driving around looking for different places to go & I would visit Myrtle Beach again, I just wouldn't stay in this condo.
