The property was clean. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The only improvement I would suggest is better mattresses, They were very uncomfortable. .thewervery

Great and easy experience!

Very nice apartment, all as advertized. Clean and cozy. When we had a few questions soon after arrival, rental manager responded to us almost immediately. Easy check in and out. It was a little far from the boardwalk, about 10 minutes driving. It is a less busy area which i personally enjoyed. The view of the ocean is a bit limited, but you can see some of it, it was not a problem for us. Overall, i definitely recommend this place!

The building is outdated. Needs some remodeling. The room was ok, we had to sweep upon arriving, sand all over floor. Being close to the beach was definitely nice.

Amazing location and room. “Check in” was a nightmare…

When we arrived to Myrtle beach, I was told 2-3 times that if the room was ready before the standard check in time (4 PM), I would be notified and could go right up with my code to the unit number that was provided a few days in advance. We arrived to the place at 11:30 AM. Never received anything with a notification at 4 let alone before hand. So the property manager said we were able to go up but she proceeded to tell me she never got a notice that the cleaning people came and completed the cleaning service. So, we haul all our stuff up to the room and what do you know? The place isn’t clean. Sand all over the floor, beds not made, used towels everywhere, chips on floor, and more. The manager immediately called after I sent a message which was great. But then didn’t have an ETA if when they would get there. Took them about an hour to reach us. And then finally after 8 PM, we could just start to unpack all our stuff. After being up since 3 AM coming from Maryland…. There needs to be a better job with communication with everyone. Other than that, there were no blankets provided for the beds but shortly got those sent to us after about an hour. All in all, the location was amazing. Room was very nice with everything it has. Beach was amazing. The food around 70th street is so good including drinks. There just needs to be way better reassurance and confidence with the host and cleaning people to have rooms ready when they should be.
