The service is amazing we visit every year and love to stay at the same resort with great service everytime. The staff are friendly and very helpful, our WiFi and phone went out and they fixed it same day. Love the fresh warm towels at the pool and the clean outdoor pool and hot tub. The views are a 10/10 from our room with the ocean view can’t wait to see the new updates from the renovations. My family of 5 are always comfortable and love our annual visit to Myrtle Beach

Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day.

Booked an oceanfront room but got a side view room, didn’t know anything about renovation going on, didn’t know about construction going on the beach 24/7. No room service for the 4 days we were there, had to go get our own towels daily, didn’t know I had to pay extra to park in the resort parking garage (per day). Had to check in/out across the way at a restaurant. Very thin blanket ( if that’s what you want to call it) on the beds. No access to the beach from hotel, had to walk a mile to get on the beach. Pools were disgusting. Ice machines were broken, elevators were tiny and dirty. Wouldn’t recommend staying there until after all the construction is completed and maybe not even then.

It was under construction which wasn’t listed on the website. Check in is 4pm I got there after 5 and I still had to wait another hour for my room to be ready. You have to pay for parking. Only 1 of the hottubs were actually hot the other ones were cold. The elevators would take forever to come so we mostly used the stars. It’s very confusing getting around all of the construction. Not worth the price in my opinion.

This place looks nothing like the pictures. It is super dirty, the mattress’s are dirty. Not family friendly, people smoking pot everywhere. There were parties going on in the rooms surrounding mine.

It was a great room with the following exceptions Balcony door was off the track which they fixed right away They had a coffee pot but no cups which was corrected right away They didn't have hair conditioner and the only body soap they had was the small bar that cheaper hotels use. It was not what they listed at all. It gives more of a motel vibes than anything. It’s like a outdoor hotel situation, but it contains carpet so it has a strong mildew smell the bathroom once I took a shower I could see all the water like sitting on whatever type of fabric they had I had to buy Lysol wipes, Lysol spray air freshener. It was just a real thick, musty smell they made everything feel nasty housekeeping I gave them my towels to get new ones and they never bought new tires. They just took the old towels and so yeah, the last three days it was a waste because eventually, I just stated another place and came back and packed my bags
