Golf weekend

We stayed for a long golf weekend. Five guys. House was perfect for us. Clean, well kept, spacious, everything functioned as expected and was ready early. Check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed!

My husband and I now live here in MB. We always take family beach trips with our extended family. I wanted something very nice and close to our house since our family lives out of state. From the pictures, I thought this house was beautiful and would be great for my mother-in-law who requires an elevator. My husband checked in Saturday but no one stayed until Sunday. Upon arrival, the trash bins outside were full, when I called, we were told a work order would be submitted but we would need to remove the trash bags from the can bc maintenance would not do that. I refused! The downstairs bedroom was filthy! The plastic boxspring covering had dried vomit all over it. I called again and it was suggested I remove it as someone could not come out until the next day. Unacceptable! There was no way I was touching it nor would our kids sleep on that. The walls were very dirty throughout the house. Upstairs, the kitchen was not clean. Food from the previous guest was on the counter and backsplash. The garage door would not close, the kitchen was not well equipped, the refrigerator leaked and left puddles on the floor. We were told multiple times to call the owner about the situations. We don't know the owner!! Yes, some things were resolved after multiple calls and most of the maintenance workers were helpful. Overall, I was upset and embarrassed that I chose this house for my family. It has the potential to be a nice rental, but the property management and cleanliness was poor.

Spring Break 2024

Check-in was a seamless, and the property's location couldn't have been better. The elevator made hauling luggage to the 3rd floor a breeze, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only downside, if any, was that the beds weren't as comfortable as we'd hoped.

Great house & location

We enjoyed our stay - the house was comfortable for a family of five (lots of beds and large living area and kitchen) and the location was terrific (easy access to beach and restaurants, but also quiet). The property management company was difficult to reach - waiting on hold for 30+ minutes to reach someone on the phone. The air conditioning was broken on the main and lower levels for part of our stay, when heat index was 100+ during the day. The owner did not believe that the AC was broken at first - we had to provide a photo of the thermostat to convince them. Once we provided proof, the AC was fixed quickly. We also had questions about check out about which the property manager never responded. We would recommend this house and the Cloisters community - not so sure we’d rent from this property manager and owner again.

Very comfy home

The beach house was very accommodating for our group size which was 8 adults. Huge common area for large gatherings and just a short walk to the beach. Close to a lot of conveniences and attractions. Come prepared with your own stuff, house was pretty bare but had the main necessities. The house was clean but does show some wear and tear, carpets upstairs could use a little cleaning but overall I enjoyed it and will consider renting again.

Disappointed with management

House was semi clean until we pulled the hide a bed in the living room. The mattress had a dirty sheet on it. I contacted management and they promised to take care of it. We waited a while then a van pulled up and handed my daughter a set of sheets in a bag. No one attempted to clean up the dirty sheet that had cigarette butts and tobacco on it. I guess they thought it was our job to clean up someone else’s mess. Didn’t happen 😡
