Lovely Quick Trip

Great location in a large condo - plenty of room for everyone! Fully stocked kitchen, more than enough beds, plenty of bath towels. Overall a wonderful stay!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed staying at the property. We will definitely book again. We were here during renovations of the building which woke us up early but nothing we were not warned about from host! Very clean.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was perfect for our ladies week away. The description was just as we found it. The kitchen was well stocked ( exception was a big spoon to stir things), the entire condo was very clean and spacious ( and we had 8 women), and the view was absolutely gorgeous!! We would highly recommend to stay here!!

Communication with owner was so easy and Rufia was very quick to respond! Lots of space for our party, kitchen was fully stocked, beds were less than stellar, central location, pools were heated and kids loved them!

Great Ocean Front Property

We had a wonderful ocean front family vacation. Property is as described in the listing. There is some wear and tear in the unit, but since the price was affordable, I didn't mind.

The best location and amenities!!!!

This property was amazing!!! The rooms are huge! The mattresses were very supportive and comfortable. The condo was spotless. The view can’t be beat!! All appliances worked. The TV’s in each room were wonder. WiFi was perfect. The heated pools were in immaculate condition and very well maintained. Beach access was so incredibly easy. They have a grocery mart literally across the street or a Walmart 0.4 miles from the resort. The owner was a pleasure to work with and attentive! You are missing out if you don’t rent here!!!!

Wonderful Myrtle Beach Views

We live on the west coast and came for a visit with our son who’s at Fort Bragg. We wanted to go see Myrtle Beach and take him with a couple of his buddies along. This condo was a perfect location and stay for us! I’m a hotel snob and enjoy staying somewhere that feels brand new, like nobody else has ever stayed there. With that said, the building seems a bit older and in need of some updating, the condo was very clean and well kept. I would’ve liked a little bit more comfortable bed but it wasn’t terribly either. The view and balcony was amazing. Our last morning on the east coast we got up to watch the sunrise and it was spectacular! The directions for check in were easy to follow, the condo was plenty big for the 7 of us with room to spare. It was clean and the owner graciously allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated since we only had 1 night to enjoy this getaway with our son before we flew out the next day. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully longer than 1 night!

Great not excellent

A few small issues. 2nd floor garage was under construction so a whole floor was blocked off. Wasn’t alerted of that. Microwave front and handle was broke (still worked)but be careful opening it. Little dusty in areas. The main living area’s TV picture is horrible. Needs replaced. Biggest issue is the instructions finding the key. If we were unable to contact the property host we would still be looking.

Great memories!

We stayed in this unit in Sept, 2016. When thinking about this year's vacation, I came right to this site (and realized I hadn't written a review) It may have been 6 months ago but I remember it like it was yesterday. The unit was immaculate and the views were awesome. When I walked into the condo it felt familiar b/c it was just as pictured. The owner was accommodating and the process simple. There were 2 disabled people in our group, my elderly mother and my friend who is blind. We were able to maneuver them around the unit, onto the balcony, and pool area with no problems. My mother passed away in January so I am very grateful that we made the trip and that it was a pleasant experience. It makes the memories that much more special. I highly recommend this condo.

Christmas Family Vacation

Trying to locate the unit key was a bit nerve-wracking, but once we got to the unit everything was good. There was 10 of us, 5 adults, 5 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. There are a few nit picky things that need to be fixed...microwave handle was broke and missing, a towel rack in the master bath was broken, washer and dryer took forever to run and my biggest complaint was the mattress in the master room and the mattress in room 2 next to the wall. Both were very hard and my daughter and I woke up every morning barely able to move. They need pillow toppers or something. Also, the faucet in the sink of the master bath needs replacing. When you turn it on, it sprays everywhere.Now, on to the positives. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, silverware and utensils that you could possibly need. There's also a toaster, crockpot and dual coffee maker. One side is a reg pot and other side is a keurig. We had plenty of towels to accommodate as well. We had a great time and over all the condo was great. Even with all the negatives I listed, I would still rent this unit again.

Very good!

Positives: excellent location -- easy access to beach, oceanfront/ corner unit = huge, plenty of room for everyone, easy checkin, maintenance and hotel mgt were very responsive to request for a skillet and fixing toilet. Hotel is generally clean and well maintained. Areas to improve: beds are hard as a rock. Not one comfy bed. We rented at last minute (day before), but unit was stuffy and HOT and smelled terrible when we arrived (like a combination of sweat and men's cologne). We spent nearly three hours cleaning and airing out the condo - even using dryer sheets and reverse car vents in the air ducts to help... Something in the Master bedroom caused regular asthma attacks -- although the description says no pets, severe allergic reaction occurred whenever in master bedroom. Whether this is due to either invisible pet dander or mold from bathroom floorboard (found alongside shower, under sink) -- it should be addressed. Back sides of curtains are stained and should be replaced. Update to bed linens is needed. Update to bedroom number four with flatscreen is needed. Update to new mattresses is needed. Pool is small. The location is appx ten min South of Broadway at the beach and 30 min from north myrtle beach. Upon checking in, we reported the awful smell, missing skillet, and stained drapes to owner. He forwarded my message to the hotel mgt, but did not apologize nor offer any sort of compensation for our troubles.

Decent but in need of some updates

Owner was very diligent and responded quickly to messages. That being said, we would suggest that this unit be deep cleaned and new mattresses purchased for all beds, including the sofa bed which was heavily stained-so much that our 15yo son didn’t want to sleep on it. Owner will say that we checked in too early and cleaning crew didn’t have time to clean properly. We requested a 2:30 check-in. A family member did stop by the unit at 12:00 (noon) to check out the area and cleaning crew stated to come back at 1:30. They did not rush the cleaning crew whatsoever or ask for any earlier than 2:30. Our children’s feet were black (not gray) after walking around the unit. I can’t imagine that the previous guests created that much dirt during their stay-owner did offer to send cleaning crew back but we had already bought our own mop to redo the floors which helped but, again, these floors need a deep clean. Bed linens could use an updating as well. We found ourselves using our own blankets to supplement as their linens were thin and not comfortable. Mattresses were not comfortable either. I realize this isn’t home but we had stayed at a hotel on the way to the beach and those bed linens and mattresses were much more comfortable and plush. I also realize this sounds like a lot of negativity but I don’t want a future renter to be disappointed either. We don’t need high end but we do expect clean and comfortable. Grand Atlantic is a nice resort and I personally would book directly through them the next time. I called the hotel desk while there and a unit like ours would have been $370 cheaper for the week and we would have had clean towels daily, maid service, and trash removal.
