The Space:

This condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony, living room, and main bedroom! Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in the exclusive Sands Beach Club, this resort has it all! Microwave oven, LCD TVs, and private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Heated pools and a private ocean balcony along with an oceanside pool! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

The Neighborhood:

This condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Ocean Annies, where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere. It's also just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. In addition, many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo, which allows you to rent a car from a private owner. If you have any questions about these services, please send me a message now. I look forward to hosting you on your trip!

IMPORTANT NOTES:



-BEACH NOURISHMENT starting 3rd week of MAY - Safety barriers and signage will clearly mark closed areas.



- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):

Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.



- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.

Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.



-Starting April 6, weather permitting, the south beach access walkover at Sands Beach Club will be temporarily closed for approximately 2–3 weeks as it undergoes full replacement to improve safety, accessibility, and overall guest experience; we appreciate your patience during this time.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: Spectrum wiring for internet installation will begin on September 8th, 2025.

Drilling will take approximately two hours per unit, one stack a day, performed by a 3-4-worker team.

Drilling of the entire building will be completed before wires are dropped through the units.

The hours of drilling will be 8:00 am-6:00 pm.

Drilling is expected to take approximately two to four weeks to complete in both Phases I & II.

Dropping the lines and connection will take approximately four to six weeks in both Phase I & II.

The total project timeline is four to six weeks.

Access to the units is a must to avoid delays.
