Nice Unit- Good location

The location was nice…about 10-12 minutes from the beach and away from the traffic of downtown. Unit was not that clean upon check in. Sand on the couches and floor was grimy. Rest of unit was nice. Appliances are brand new and there was a great washer /dryer. Listing said there would be 4 pool passes and a parking pass. There was only one pool pass and no parking passes. The local management company (Vacasa) was responsive but they received no response from the owner regarding the issue. The double bed in main bedroom sagged quite a bit so you rolled tot the middle of the bed. Twin beds in other room were nice. Overall nice place.

Great place but entire condo smelled of cigarettes

Nice condo convenient to the beach, shopping, and activities. Stayed here for a softball tournament at Grand Park Athletic Complex and it was only a 10-15 minute ride. I would have loved to have given this condo 5 stars - everything was as described with a kitchen with all of the necessities, dish soap and dishwasher tablets provided, and a couple of boxes of laundry soap. Clean linens were on the beds and a couple of trash bags were provided. Top floor quiet location with nice view of the golf course. However, immediately upon entry we smelled cigarette smoke which was strong enough that it seemed as though someone had been smoking in the condo for quite some time. Maybe around halfway through the trip we had aired it out enough, and cooked enough, that it wasn’t immediately noticeable, but it was definitely lingering there the entire time. Vacasa sent someone out with an ionizer to help with the smell but it actually made it worse. We weren’t offered any compensation or further assistance even when we called back a second time. My son has allergies and my daughter has breathing problems but nothing was really said except for “well hope you enjoyed the stay otherwise!” I would have stayed here again if it weren’t for that one major issue. If it doesn’t bother you than this condo would be perfect. Hopefully they are able to get rid of the smell though so future guests won’t have to deal with it.

This place was exactly what we needed. Our 1st place was a disaster and unacceptable for renting out to families as a vacation home. Vacasa we swift in finding a place and moving is here. So refreshing! This place was clean and ready to enjoy after a long day of coaching and being on the road. Thanks for getting right the 2 nd time! It was great!

Wonderful place to stay

I loved everything about this place. Very comfortable and cozy. I have been to Myrtle Beach 5 times this season and stayed in different places. This is by far the best place. I just needed to get away again and needed a place that is as comfortable as home. This is the place I can't wait to go there again.
