Great unit with large windows to view the beach - Beach Colony 1200

Summary:
Come and visit Myrtle Beach in this spacious and cozy condo! Beach Colony Resort is located in the Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach. The north end of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. This unit does not have a balcony but des have a great view out the 2 very large windows
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties.

The Space:
This space offers a queen size bed and a pull out couch with a kitchenette. Room pictures will be coming shortly

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all pools, hot tub, and lazy river amenities. There is a restaurant onsite that you will also have access to!
No motorcycles and/or trailers allowed on the property
The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)

The Neighborhood:
Nearby restaurants recommended are Crave and Ciao for Italian, Cafe Gelato for a quick bite, Blueberry Grill for breakfast, Margaritas for Mexican, River City Cafe for a burger and Martins in Long Bay Resort for a nice dinner. If you drive a couple miles south, you will be in the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach with numerous restaurants, shops, attractions, and more!

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
