Never again
Called me to say the booking system needed updating, had not fully charged me. I refused to give card via unknown, incoming call. They said, "well, go check your account, call back or we may cancel." I was on the way there, it was admittedly their issue, but my problem.
Mom slept in one bed alone and got the covers untucked. Luckily, she chose the right side because as we were rearranging covers, we found fecal matter on other side. (Poop. Not a little bit, a big smear, have photo.) How did i know? You could smell it after uncovered. My guess is a baby got changed on bottom of bed, had a leak, they smeared it around cleaning, tried to hide it by making bed, then housekeeper did not change as it looked unused. I would much have preferred a clean room compared to the 1 night refund I got.
Coffee pot was broken. No one could replace until "housekeeping arrived at 9 am". Ok, so fine, we started straightening and getting ready for an outing. Then, we found the poop and took the photo to front desk. Miraculouly, a housekeeper showed at 8:10 with fresh sheets and a new coffee pot.
To add insult to injury, she opened with "I understand you guys had an accident." I explained that no one here pooped the sheets in the far bottom corner where you might perch to change shoes or a baby diaper . . .
Everything else about the place was marginal, ok, but nothing GOOD except view.
