Our initial impression was very favorable… beautiful balcony, view, accommodations very nice. However, when we realized the AC unit was leaking, soaking the rug, and running under the floorboards, we tried to communicate immediately with provided number. An industrial fan was left in the room to dry out floor. We requested to speak with someone and directed to ONLY text and provide pictures. My husband dumped a large pan of water EVERy several hours for the duration of our stay, getting up early so as to not let the pan overflow. We dried the rug outside, walked around wet towels that provided a barrier to the leak that moved along the unit. We continued to update management and were told repeatedly “we apologize for the inconvenience”. No resolution, no ability to change units, no offer of any compensation.
