Won't stay there again.

Very out dated and scratched up furniture gives the place a dirty feel. No condiments at all and not enough dishes. Not even salt and pepper or coffee filters for the coffee pot. There was one bowl so if you have children eating cereal for breakfast they will have to take turns. No frying pan, I had to cook my meals in the bottom of the largest pot they have, which was rusty on the inside bottom. Dishes were not clean and everything there feels like it was bought at a yard sale or flea market. Gives the place a very grungy dirty feeling. There is only one wine glass and that wasn't clean either. Don't walk barefoot on the floor after taking a shower and having damp feet. They will be filthy. Pretty sure that floor hasn't been mopped in a year. The bed is really hard and feels like you are sleeping on the box spring. I tried to turn the heat on one evening, in the bedroom, to get the chill out of the room and it set the smoke alarm off. I had to call the rental management company a few hours prior to getting to the hotel for our room number and passcode because that was never sent to us. They have a tag for your parking pass that needs to be filled out with the dates of stay but no writing utensil in the unit. Also had to call the rental agency when leaving to find out where to put the trash on our way out. The hotel itself should have put the money they spent on the new water slides into the building instead. Only 2 elevators working, The laundry room is filthy. Dust and dirt on the machines and collecting on the floor as well as some garbage on the floor. The machines themselves are really old, rusty and beat up looking. The hotel wouldn't let us get coffee in the lobby since we were renting from a private unit and not directly from them. Really? It's coffee and I would think they could use the money..
