Owned by resort not private

Communication was different than other vrbo since not privately owned. Hope I didn’t pay extra fees booking this way vs straight from island vista.

Unit Issues

Check in desk called at 9 PM and 9:30 to ask us to look for a previous guest's ID and credit card, waking the kids up. Guest rooms stayed very warm during the entire stay, making it challenging to sleep. The Master bedroom toilet had to be manually flushed and ran all night.
