Central Myrtle Condo

Cute condo. Condo itself was well kept. Building overall felt old, but you could tell the condo itself had been recently renovated. Central to all main Myrtle Beach attractions. Little bit small for the cost, but overall a good stay.

The suite was lovely. When we arrived, the tv was being replaced. We didn't even care about the tv, but our checkout time was extended two hours. Management was very kind and gracious.

Beautiful view

Serenidad was comfortable and updated. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We were accommodated quickly and professionally! The only issue we had was next door laundry which only had 2 washers and 2 dryers that were very outdated and didn’t work well. All in all great stay! Just if our weather would’ve been better 5 days straight rain no sun made the best of it!!!

Just as expected!

Clean, pretty, affordable, and great view of the beach. A/c worked fantastic and great for the whole place. Shower pressure and temperature was great. Over all no complaints and we really enjoyed our stay. Few tips- if you get cold easily bring a few extra blankets as the bed comforter is very thin. If you need the room real dark, bring a portable black out shade. Light from outside shines right in the window. Communication with the property management company slower than ideal, but still got the job done. Would book again!

Disappointing Stay - Rundown Area and Poor Maintenance

Our 6-night stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. While the room itself was a 5/10, the pull out bed was a nightmare—sinking at the head and with sheets that had questionable brown stains on them. No one was on site to resolve issues. The noise levels were unbearable, with doors constantly slamming and children screaming starting at 8am. The master bedroom was right next to the outdoor hallway. The area surrounding the hotel was rundown and didn’t feel safe. Right next door was an abandoned hotel, owned by the same management, algae filled pool was in view from balconey. The pool area was the biggest letdown and ruined our entire trip. The lazy river and other pools were filthy, with brown water, wrappers, hair, a toe nail, dead insects. It was clear that the pool area was not properly maintained. Chipped tiles and trash everywhere. Non-guests washing their clothes in the pool. Lots of kids running, pushing each other, rough housing. Throughout our stay, we briefly saw one maintenance member during the day at the pool. I called management several times (4) to complain but nothing was ever done. I asked to speak to manager but she never called back. Again no one was onsite to help and now I know why that was. I’m livid at the lack of support and demand a partial refund. I believe we were tricked to think one thing and it turned out to be a nightmare. DO NOT STAY HERE.
