The stay offered more options than anticipated. No need to ever leave the resort unless you wanted too.

The property was exactly what we expected from the listing with the exception that there was barely any lights in the condo. As soon as we walked out of our door into the hallway the smell could’ve knocked you over it was so horrendous! Only in the hallway though. Couldn’t have asked for a better view or gotten closer to the beach. We had an awesome time and we are already booking for next year!

Hello Elliott Realty I had the pleasure of staying at the MB Resort Renaissance Tower. It is lovely place to stay.The reson I have given a 4 star. 1. The Condo i rented needs repairs and updated clean furniture and update appliances. Bed mattress all bedrooms need to be replaced. The parking is bad. You have alot of older people renting rooms. A courtesy ride (golf cart) service of some kind would be very nice.

Myrtle stay

The place was clean and right on the beach. It had a balcony that had beach view. A full kitchen comes in handy when u have teenagers. The place had 2 bedrooms.the pictures made it look much bigger. But it was good and spacious for us.

Condo was clean. Check in process was seamless. Kitchen could use more utensils as there was only 1 spoon in drawer and 2 forks. Other than that it was comfortable & clean.

It was decent for the price..

Me and my family (myself, wife & kids ages 8, 16, 19) had a nice trip to Myrtle Beach. Staying at the MB Renaissance Tower allowed us to have plenty to do outside of just going to the boardwalk! Easy beach access, several pools, lazy river, hot tub, Quarter Deck Restaurant / Bar.. .It was all a good time! The room could have been cleaner, I'm sure they're pulling in enough money to clean / replace upholstery.. our couch was FILTHY.. however, I can tell and smell that there was some type of effort to do a basic clean. I'm not that picky.. As long as we were comfy and at the beach, I was good to go! If you want to have a good getaway for a decent price Elliot Beach Rentals via VRBO is the way to go!

Liked being ocean front.. but condo smelled horribly musty & mildewy. Floors had sand on them when we first arrived stuck to our feet while unpacking Had to sweep our floors ourselves.Terribly outdated.. needs renovated bad. Bathrooms were newer. Had to go out front entrance to get to beach . Never seen an indoor pool or any pool availabe for use in blg A. The Old tower. We were over 65 & all the long distance walking hard on us. Needed to supply more info on being able to rent golf carts, food places that delivers to Tower. Definitely needs a restaurant in Tower.. the quaterdeck was good but long walk for us & limited menu. If these things were addressed we think it would have been great. Location was awesome.

Needs more furniture in main bedroom. All blinds need replacing. More lamps in living room and ceil

Ceiling fans would be nice. More chairs on porch. For the price, location (very convenient to elevator and excellent view of the pool and beach) and close proximity to the beach bar as well as the beautifully, we'll groomed grounds it's a winner. I've stayed in The Renaissance 5 or 6 times and will stay there again.
