Overall good trip

I really liked the condo I booked for our weekend in Myrtle Beach. There were only a few little things I didn't like but I think I would still book the same condo if these things were fixed. The main issue was the lighting in the main bedroom with the balcony. There is one light in this room and it's a small track lighting that CONSTANTLY flickers. It obviously has a short somewhere but it's like sitting with a strobe light. We eventually just shut it off and sat in the dark at night because there are no lamps in this room at all. I'm not sure why but there was a big dirty mattress up against the wall behind the couch in the first room. That wasn't in the photo when booking. The faucet in the kitchen sink is very loose and falls from side to side. Other than these things, the condo was clean and it was cute. The Breakers Resort was awesome, we loved it.

Good views, tight for larger groups

The listing advertised a living area, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms When it was listed as a "two bedroom condo" that sleeps 7, we felt it was great for our family of five. It is now listed as a "honeymoon suite". Prior to leaving, we looked at the bedrooms to see how to set up the kids bedroom. We noticed the living area IS the first bedroom. We feel there were stock photos from the resort website included when we booked this place that led us to believe it has 2 separate bedrooms AND a living area. This was not the case. We were not able to cancel after discussing with vrbo and the host. We put our three kids in the first bedroom when you walk into the unit on the sofa bed and the other bed, and we took the bedroom that opened to the balcony. If you plan on using the sofa bed and the Murphy bed, you will need to bring sheets, blankets and pillows for those. The ocean view was great! The balcony was nice too. It is on the beach and was easy to get out there every day. The multiple pools were nice, though the kids pirate ship pool was not heated any of the days we were there. The other pools were heated, though not kept at a constantly warm temp during the chilly days. Lots of things within walking distance. Parking was right across the street in the garage.. Staff was great about keeping common areas clean, however, there is no staff at the pools to prevent people from smoking nearby. We felt it was misleading, we are giving this two stars. Ok rental

We stayed through the busy 4th of July holiday. The view was great and it was good to have a fridge/stove. The space is very much like a hotel suite, with two sleeping rooms connected by hallway where the kitchen and bathroom were located. Amenities we would have found useful include garbage bags (we took out our trash on the 2nd day but there were no additional bags), dish towels, paper towels or a drying rack (since there isn’t a dishwasher). We would have brought some if it had been in the listing. There was a barn door for one of the rooms that was broken, so the door was stored behind the couch and the curtain rod in the shower was hanging out by some drywall screws. Some of the linens appeared dirty, but the host responded quickly and had the staff bring some more. The resort was fun but often crowded and all the bathrooms were out of service. Sometimes they had small towels for guests at the pool, other times not.

If you looking for congested traffic and no service at a resort, this is your place to stay!

Terrible location, parking garage is a block away. If you stay here be in good health, not a place for anyone with physical limitations or infants and toddlers. Requires crossing a very busy highly congested area from parking garage to property. No assistance at resort with unloading vehicle or assistance with parking. Foyer to enter elevators were very congested and floors were wet and slippery from people coming from water park and beach, very unsafe. No assistance getting to room, no one to direct us on where to go, no map of the property to show where to go or the amenities. Condo was clean, but very limited with needed supplies like towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, no dish towels in kitchen or paper towels and the resort never brought any when we requested them. I called several times to the front desk they wouldn't answer the phone but once when I made the request. Several hours passed no one shown up with supplies, tried calling several times at different times, no answer. Tried to physically go back to the front office which was several doors down the street by foot and through a highly traffic congested enter section, but the front of office was always congested no parking area available without going to a parking garage across the congested street then waiting in a long line a hour or more to request service, which I was not physically able to do. The beds were very uncomfortable! The smell marijuana was terrible from the balcony, couldn't enjoy sitting on

Excellent vacation spot

Clean room, nice features, friendly owner. Ive stayed at Myrtle Beach a few times, but this was the best place that Ive stayed yet. Cant wait to do it again!

Very misleading photos. They had three glasses for drinks. Very limited cooking utensils. No hair dryer. Building under renovation. Very noisy. Didn’t like it at all.

Absolutely Horrible!!!!!

This property is CURRENTLY located on a floor of a building that is completely under renovation. I was SHOCKED at the hazardous condition that I was expected to stay in with my family. I wish that there was a rating less than ONE star. I am in the process of trying to request a full refund. The property owner is being unreasonable. There's NO WAY he/she has seen this property with their own eyes and continued to rent out the property. There was even notices on every door that said 'Do Not Enter' Do NOT STAY here!

This property was in a prime location, ultra convenient and it was really clean. Cons- cookware was cheap and old, didn't supply enough towels, no washcloths or clean sponges for dishes. No trash bags, literally what they supplied was very disappointing and the beds are old and uncomfortable. The shower curtain was hanging on by a thread, not a drop of shampoo or soap anywhere. When I reached out for more supplies I was told to go get a pool towel (not big enough to fit around my 8 year old) and to go to the convenience store across the street. Also, it was unclear in the listing that we were not allowed access to the other buildings and their amenities as we would have been should we have rented directly through the resort. Not sure it was worth the money we paid to not have the service VS having rented through the resort itself.
