Pelican's Landing is located off of Hwy 17 within 5-15 min. of Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Carolina Opry, Pirate's Voyage, Alabama Theater, several miniature golf locations, restaurants and more. Popular Ocean Annie's and Flip Flops are within walking distance. The beach is just steps away across the street which is a dead end so little traffic to deal with.

This beautiful newly remodeled condo has 3 BR (PB - Queen bed, 2nd BR - Queen bed, 3rd BR 2 Twin beds) 2 1/2 BA (Primary bath has stand up shower, 2nd bath has full tub/shower and 3rd bath has toilet and sink) We are located on the 3rd floor so our unit has a large skylight, and is also a corner unit so there are 2 additional windows including one with a window seat. There are ceiling fans throughout and central air, Wifi and cable TV. The balcony off of the living room is screened in and there is a separate balcony off of the Primary Bedroom. In the courtyard located by the pool is a play set for the kids and a picnic area. There is a second pool located off the beach which you will have access to also. The washer and dryer is enclosed in the private laundry room located off the screened porch which also serves as storage for beach chairs and sand toys. This unit is conveniently located next to the elevator.

This is a Non-Smoking unit and according to HOA regulations renters must be 25 years of age. Two parking passes will be provided to you during your stay. Also no motorcycles, trailers and pets according to HOA regulations. Bath towels, wash rags and linens are provided. If damages are made to the condo or it's contents during your stay you will be liable up to $250.

Quick weekend on Shore Drive

Condo is in our favorite area of Myrtle Beach. We have stayed in the same complex several times but this rental was MUCH more user friendly. It has everything you need and the owners communicate directly with you for check-in, much better than having to go to a rental management office!!!! We are planning on booking again for July 4th.

Great place to stay!

We loved this unit! The modern decor with a beach theme was very inviting. All the comforts of home plus the added extras to start you off like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc. were much appreciated!! We’ve stayed in other units at Pelican’s Landing but this unit is by far our favorite. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing vacation spot

We loved this condo, the quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach and the beach was all amazing. The owners were great to work with and always responsive with my questions. Highly recommend this spot on Myrtle Beach!

Love it here!

We have stayed here on a few occasions while bring our son back and forth to college. Very comfortable. Not a beach person, but like that wagon and beach chairs provided for the very short walk.

Great weekend trip!

We stayed at this property for the 2nd time for a long weekend, and it was just as nice as the 1st time. Listing is as advertised and photos are accurate. The beach access is just across the street - an easy 5 minute walk. The public beach access now has permanent bathroom access which makes a day at the beach even more convenient. Beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon and other beach supplies are included. Great, quiet area of Myrtle Beach, but still close to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Pelicans Landing

Great property, clean and a great location. Nice pool. 3rd floor rental and the elevator was out due to a prior storm so that was a bit for 2 of us who are ages 65 and 66, but we managed. Love the area where this rental is.

AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL!

This property is amazing! Pam and Rick are great hosts and are very quick to communicate! The property was very clean and beautiful! Exactly like the photos. It is perfect for families to get away and vacation. The pool is clean and the beach is always a plus. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Best Girls Trip EVER!!

The condo was beautiful! Perfect location to everything. Pool was clean and relaxing. Even though the elevator was not working, it was ok, we got our steps in! Ha Ha! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking here again! Pam & Rick were great hosts!

Just off the Beach, and glad we did!!

Convenient beach stay to so many fun things to do! A quick block from beach access, close shopping at Tanger and grocery stores, and we played several Golf courses too! Safe parking and shopping carts provided to take our stuff up to the condo. CLEAN condo with nice decor, plenty of seating, fully stocked kitchen, and nice patio seating with great views! Pool was well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor grilling area was nice. Hosts made check in easy. Beach chairs and toys in laundry room too! We will be back next year!

We'll be back again next year!

This was our second year staying here. The area is perfect. Everything is walking distance or a short drive. It's very quiet at night eventhough there's a lot going on. Condo is wonderful. Clean & nicely decorated. Balcony overlooks the pool. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Some of the appliances have been updated since last year. Owners are great to work with. They get back to you right away. We will stay here the next time we come back.

Family adventure

Sharing a family adventure of beach time, aquariums, playgrounds and alligators was extra fun because all were easily accessible from this nicely laid out condo. The elevator helped with luggage to 3rd floor and kids loved being the operator. Hopefully the owners are looking into black out curtains for the front bedroom. The others had them. But overall, it’s a nice location for a family beach trip.

A perfect retreat

This was my first Vrbo booking. I was excited when I found it bc it checked all of the boxes for our trip to Myrtle Beach. Three bedrooms. Great location. Perfect parking scenario. Quiet neighborhood. Pool. All communication with the owner was very thorough and informative with immediate response. She covered everything previous to our arrival so we had no questions during our stay. The unit was clean and spacious. We loved being on the third/top floor bc that gave us a skylight. The beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was great. There were always parking spaces available. There was a tv in every room. The kitchen was very well equipped but we didn’t use it bc we were only there one full day and spent most of that day doing activities to celebrate a birthday. We didn’t use the washer or dryer either but we’re glad they were available in case something came up. The thermostat worked great and there were ceiling fans which we loved. Pillows were a little on the flat side, which I like, so if you prefer big fluffy ones you might want to bring yours from home. They are a personal preference. The bedding was very comfortable and the towels smelled good. We saw a couple of people walking their dogs but other than that there was not much activity outside. It was east to get to and just a block from the water. Our group consisted of my niece and her 12 and 25 year old from Virginia, and myself, 69, from NC. Every one of us loved this unit.

Amazing location and property

We spent the weekend with my daughter and son-in-law to celebrate their anniversary, and it was exactly the getaway we needed. We had such a wonderful time together, and the property was absolutely perfect; truly stellar. If we return in the future, this will be our top choice for a place to stay.
