This was very a very good location. Very convenient it was very clean. But the check-in process was confusing. The parking was confusing upon arrival. But very much enjoyed the day.

The only thing me and my family loved about the State was the oceanfront that was there was no amenities. We had to rent the beach chairs which should’ve came with the with the stay compared to how much it was it cost to stay there. There was no not enough pots and pans we actually were no pans we had to go and buy the stuff to cook with. There was no knives you have to wash the towels you use and they was not giving out extra towels. It was just I just think the customer service was poor to me.

The door fell off to the balcony. The railing to the balcony was loose. The dresser drawer was broken off. There was a man tha walked into another guests room. So I guess all the room codes are the same. The sofa smelled. It was not ocean view. Not worth the price.

The condo was clean. Our Plase had a broken sofa don’t fight twice. They said they were gonna come and change it within an hour. They never did very inconvenience. We had a parking permanent tag in the window and we still got a parking ticket. I know last day there. on the first night that we were there at the upstairs people they were running up and down all night I mean like all night long we couldn’t even sleep.. I happen to stop by the condo and on my way out someone was trying to enter into the room to lock where the AC unit was, but if I was not there, but they would still enter cannot trust them. I don’t understand why that was not locked before we got there or wait until after we leave.

The location and view were the best parts of our stay. Being so close to the beach was wonderful, and if I were rating on location alone, this would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, the condo itself was disappointing. For a newer unit, it already showed significant wear. The walls had stains, the furniture was very cheap and already falling apart, and there was very little storage for clothes and personal items. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the balcony railing felt loose, which was a safety concern. The kitchen was very sparsely stocked, with few utensils or cookware, making it difficult to prepare meals. We were also surprised that there was no comforter, only two sheets, and there were not nearly enough bath towels provided. The listing should also better explain the pool situation. There is no on-site pool, and the pools guests can use are inconvenient and quite a distance away. The amazing view is the only reason I’m giving this property the rating I am. With better maintenance, safer repairs, more kitchen essentials, additional linens and towels, and higher-quality furnishings, this condo could be a great place to stay.
