This 2bd/2ba, ocean view condo is located in a quiet section of Myrtle Beach. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this recently renovated condo at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom.

This 3rd floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has updated bathrooms and kitchen. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV, ensuite bath and balcony access.

Maisons-Sur-Mer is one of the most prestigious and private condominium buildings in Myrtle Beach. Maisons-Sur-Mer is located in the Arcadian Golf community and features gated entry and 24-hour security making luxury living even easier and more convenient. Not the most convenient check in process/outdated with having to go to a separate location to check in/show ID/get key fobs, etc. There are other units in the building the rest of my family rented that didn't require this. The unit was not the cleanest when we arrived and several things were ripped/broken. Location is excellent and great view of the beach.

Labor Day week.

Loved the condo layout and decor. Great location. Only down side was floors not clean, only one of the key cards for pool and other entry ways did not work Making very inconvenient with multiple family members. Called property management but no call returned. No one available due to holiday. Check in not at property.

Great condo, poor timing

The condo was great. Really nice floor plan. Very comfortable and roomy. Unfortunately they were doing construction on the condo directly above during our stay so we listened to power tools all day. The communication with rental agency was poor, and also very inconvenient to pick up and drop off the keys.

Softball Nationals

Great place for our family to stay while my daughter competed in Softball Nationals. Wish the balconies had a table and there were a few more coffee cups. Overall fantastic place to stay and will definitely be back.

Perfect beach vacation location and site

We really enjoyed the view of the beach and sound of the ocean from the balcony. The spacious condo offered everything we needed. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen to make and eat meals onsite. Nocely updated unit and excellent facility staff were friendly and helpful. Kids liked fishing off the nearby Apache Pier, and couldn't ask for nicer weather ocean and pool temperatures. Pool was very large and fun, and never overfilled. Weekend pool chairs got close to capacity with sunbathers, but even then still room for our family of 5 vacation. We loved the evening winds to take the edge off the summer hot and humid days. We enjoyed the aquarium and dolphin tour and hunting for fossil shark teeth on the area beaches. Best vacation we've had as a family.

Location was excellent with a great view of the ocean. The unit is not very well equipped for 4.

Renting the unit was easy. North Beach Reality was very responsive to our needs and will definitely use them in the future.

Great area and great place for the family.

Me, my 3yr old and 9yr old had a great time. Location was perfect the amenities were outstanding. The resort was extremely clean, staff was very helpful. The owners of the building were extremely nice and always helping me hold doors and had patience with my kids and talked to them and just very friendly. Many updates to the place!! Bring back the table for the outside patio 😁! We loved the Breeze on that balcony. Great place and would stay for sure again. Thanks to the rental company making it easy as well for check in.
