Good view and good resort. Floors were filthy when we arrived and asked if we could have cleaning supplies. Was handed an old mop and nothing else. Ended up spending 60 on cleaning supplies to sweep and mop the floor. Washing machine also didn’t work. Would get stuck on the rinse and clothes soaked. They brought in a maintenance guy who mentioned ordering another one and brought more towels. The AC unit also however was leaking bad and he said has been an ongoing issue. We had to constantly keep towels stacked by closet or water would be covering the hallway. Other than these issues the rest was nice, shower was nice and clean. Living room TV was great. Balcony had a good view.

Good stay

Very nice location convenient to everything. Condo was spacious and clean. Had 2 minor issues during our month stay, quick responses to our inquiries both times. We will stay there again.

Excellent views and access to the beach

This was a good rental for four senior friends. I would only recommend adding another chair or two for seating in the living room. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Spring break 2024

Property was exactly what the pictures looked like. Host answer all needs we have very fast and got the things taken care of, which awesome to have an amazing host. Location was awesome for us to be able to have a beach day or go to area businesses. Definitely will be looking to stay here again if available when we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Awesome place!!!

My family 6 and my mom and aunt all stayed here!!! Very clean, roomy, and amazing view!!! Not to mention washer and dryer in the unit and right on the boardwalk! Always something to do!!! We loved our stay and would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Great condo on the beach!

Having to flee Hurricane Ian from Siesta Key, we drove to MB. This condo is perfect for families or get aways with friends. Clean, close to everything, and quiet. Also, durable as we had front row seats to Ian! The owner is super nice and friendly!

Just fine

It’s not a hotel it’s a three bedroom apartment with an ocean view. And it was great for a few days. Nice lazy River and well heated indoor pool. Right near the boardwalk. Easy getaway.

Great Condo

We were very happy with the condo!! It was perfect for our family….We all had our personal spaces, but could be together for a meal, or to watch a game or a movie in the living room, dining area…. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and recreation…The beach and pool areas were great!! Our host was very responsive to our needs and a pleasure to deal with!!!

Our stay was disappointing due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. This is an older property, which is understandable, but it has clearly not been maintained well. When we arrived, there was a large puddle caused by an HVAC/AC leak. The maintenance technician who inspected it said the AC unit was badly corroded. We spent a couple of hours of our family vacation trying to reach the host but received no response. The technician was only able to shut off the water to stop the leak; the underlying issue was never repaired and was still unresolved when we checked out, so future guests should be aware.The condo was also not clean when we arrived, with hair on one of the beds. Other issues included a toilet that didn’t flush properly, a broken wooden divider, creaking faucets, and no bathroom trash bins. The pool had many flying bugs, and the parking spaces are very compact.Overall, this older property appears poorly maintained, and the lack of responsiveness from the host made the experience even more frustrating.

Beach Stay

The checking and parking was simple and easy. Location is great. They had beach chairs and umbrella which was a wonderful surprise. Small downfall is seating area in living area. Only 3 seater sofa, it is in pics, so wasn’t a surprise. Would definitely go back!

Overall Nice Stay

Listing was as described and parking was definitely nice being on the same floor. A few things need to be fixed around the place. More seating would be nice, the single couch isn't enough for a family of 4 adults. We did see one cockroach in the place while there. We would stay there again.

My stay

I love the space. It was nice the only 2 issue I had was the the pillows didn't have pillow cases on them. I felt like the bedding could have look a little more cleaner. We did have issues with the shower but the maintenance man came right over and fix it immediately. I would stay here again.

Lovely Condo, central location

The condo itself is lovely, well furnished and has beautiful ocean front views. It definitely punches above the weight of the building it is located in which is run down and a little dirty - there was pizza on the ledge outside one of our bedroom windows. It is on the second floor and right above the pool. There were a lot of loud people in the pool late at night when we were trying to sleep.

Not enough seating. Sofa was wore out and uncomfortable. Crack in air conditioning line.... floor was constantly wet had to keep wiping up the water.... But location and view was excellent.

Review

The refrigerator wasnt cold , they did replace it. The AC was average and my son in law repaired it. The balcony is disgusting The floors were filthy. I did message the management company and request some reimbursement. I am not going to brutalize this place on social media, but its not what is advertised.

1Will never stay there again through your company there were roaches and the floor was very dirty our kids walked around for 30 minutes when we got there their white socks look like tar they were so black I had to clean the floors and I have pictures I will post them I do not recommend going through this company
