Pet-Friendly Ocean Front Condo-Balcony -Overlooking Ocean

Condominium on first floor of a four-story building. There are eight steps to the landing at the entrance door. Located on Ocean Blvd in the City of Myrtle Beach, SC. This area is ten minutes from center of City of Myrtle Beach convenient to amusements parks, restaurants, shopping, golf courses and all entertainment offered.

Living room and master bedroom open onto a large balcony over looking the ocean and a Myrtle Beach City Park that is great for entertaining children.

Spend quiet time at the private, unheated pool.

LIVING AREA
With sliding doors that open to the balcony and a great view of the ocean and surrounding area. Furnished with queen size sectional sleeper sofa, recliner, two swivel chairs and a wall mounted 46" Smart TV with cable.

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Dining area seats six.

BED & BATH
This condo comfortably sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleep sofa in the living area. The master suite features a Queen-size bed. It allows balcony access through glass-sliding doors opening to the balcony over-looking the ocean. It has a wall mounted 32" TV with cable and a large mirrored closet. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination with double vanity.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. It has 32" TV with cable and large mirrored closet.
The third bedroom has a queen-size and a twin size bed. It has a 32" wall mounted TV and large, mirrored closet.

The guest bathroom adjoins the third bedroom across the hall from bedroom number two. It is equipped with tub/shower combination with double vanity.

Complete laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Reservation Deposit required, Refundable Security/Damage Deposit collected prior to check-in.

Off season less than week stay accepted.

Long term winter rates with discount available for months of Nov., Dec., Jan., Feb., and Mar. Check in Saturday after 4:00 P.M.-check out Saturday prior to 10:00 A.M.

Motorcycles are not allowed.

Kitchen was set up good. We had everything we needed. Stay was awesome great location and could see the waves perfectly. Only complaint is the one bed in the center room is hard not comfy at all had to put extra blankets down to make it comfy enough to get some sleep. But overall great place to stay!

Nice place BUT!

Super nice spot but. When we first walked in. Smelled like bleach very strong. Then as that wore off i could tell why. The entire stay the condo smelled like dog pee. The dinning room carpet was the source. It smelt like a dog was in there peeing on the carpet/rug several times. It was bad. 1rst fire the cleaning crew. They smelled it definitely and did nothing but cover it with bleach. 2nd. Throw the rugs out. I did reach out to the owner and let her know so i wouldnt be blamed. Its a shame people have no respect for others properly. But at the same time the cleaning crew should have taking care of the issue. I did get apologies from the owner but no discount. I feel like there should had been some compensation for smelling pee all week. Also. There was no TP in the place. Fyi there is no store or anyrhing to walk to at this properly. You have to drive to everything. Which wasent too bad but letting future guest know. Parking lot is very tight. Especially with a full size SUV. But other than the pee smell. Its a great location and my family had a great time. Note* i do expect some type of pet smell renting a pet friendly place. But the pee smell was very strong and over the top.

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in Barbara's condo. We love the location and the accommodations, especially the front porch. It is convenient to areas we like to visit. We especially love that we can have our dog with us for our time away from home!

Love this location!

Couldn’t ask for a better location and the view from the large front porch is amazing. We have stayed in a drayton house unit before and it’s the best area to stay in. Barbara was always very quick to respond. We had some issues with the dishwasher while there and it was the weekend so she couldn’t get a repair person out so it was an inconvenience but not a deal breaker. Appreciated that I could bring my shih tzus. The bed in master bath was very comfy! There was not any Live tv that we could really find, it seemed to be more streaming services.

Good location for a family stay

We came to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament at Ripken. This location was great, it was beachfront and 15 minutes from the field. The property manager was easy to get in touch with. The property was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked. We had a few minor issues but the owner remedied it asap. The parking was tight at times but overall we are very happy with our choice. Myrtle Beach is such a big place and hard to know where to stay but this condo was fantastic for our needs. We hope to be back. Thank you.

To be on N Ocean Blvd it was so quiet. It's a great location and a beautiful property. My favorite part was the porch swing and the serenity. The master bath needs some attention but other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. Check in and out was easy and we just loved staying there and hope to stay there again in the future.God bless you!
