September Myrtle Beach Trip

The host was helpful from the beginning. My Vrbo app wasn’t showing any messages from my trip, so I contacted the host directly. They were happy to communicate with me without the app so they could be there if I needed anything. The room had a beautiful oceanfront balcony view. I loved that the bedroom had a door to the balcony as well. However, there were a few hiccups with the room. The cleanliness definitely could have been better. I wish they had a broom in the room for us to use when coming back from the beach. Not all of the outlets worked and the ones that did were very loose. The main couch was not the most comfortable to just relax on as well. Even with those things, we enjoyed our stay!

October Get-Away

The condo unit was immaculate. The description when making our reservation was accurate. We had no problem while we were there. The condo was just right for our October getaway. The view from the 18th floor was awesome. We were able to enjoy the sunrise each morning we were there. The restaurant, Indigo, was convenient for those mornings. We did not want to leave the property. There was another restaurant, Magnolias, that was within walking distance that we enjoyed on a few occasions. They are mainly cafeteria/buffet style. We were able to bring our small dog with us on this trip. It was evident that the hotel does not enforce the breed and size of dogs that were permitted on the property. We saw several dogs that were in excess of 100 pounds but, overall, we were delighted that we, as well as the other guests staying at the hotel were allowed to bring our dog. Guests who bring their dog with them to this resort, need to be considerate of others and clean up after your dog. When walking in the dog walking area, you had to watch every step so as not to step in dog poo. Gosia was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay accommodating. We will definitely stay at the Patricia Grand on future trips to Myrtle Beach.

When we arrived there was mold on furniture and ceiling, some outlets do not work, and dish drainer was in 2 pieces. We cleaned the condo after arriving, then it was ok. I know it is because of regular wear of the building, so we made due and had a good trip

Great vaca place

Everything looked like the photos. The rental company was easy to communicate with. Only downfall was one elevator did not go to our floor and we had to either go up to 19 and walk down or 17 and walk up a flight.

Very nice property pretty clean. Only downside of the whole time we were there steps in the garage looked like they were being lived in. Smelled like urine food containers everywhere I know that’s hard to control but someone needs to check it.other than that. Love the place.!!❤️❤️❤️
