Portofino II 311C is one of 10 homes in the ocean front complex with community pool and landscaped grounds in Surfside Beach, SC. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths sleeps 12 with a king bed, 2 queens, 2 doubles and a sleeper sofa. Direct ocean front, located in the corner of the complex, you'll enjoy your morning coffee and sunrises if you're an early bird from the comfort of your screened or covered porches. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

4 Bedrooms: 3 up and 1 down. 3 Baths: 2 up and 1 down. Beds: 1 King, 1 queen, 2 doubles up; 1 queen, 1 sofa bed down.

​​​​​​​Ocean front complex of 10 homes with community pool (approximate dimensions 36 x 20). Pool is open Easter/April 1st to October 1st. House is direct ocean front and is located on the south corner of complex. WIFI. Screened and covered porches. Outside shower. Approximate square footage 1900. Only a few hundred yards to the Surfside Beach Pier. Walk to restaurants, ice cream shop, beachwear store. No smoking or pets allowed.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay because of the location and space in the house. We loved the beach views and access to restaurants and shopping. My elderly parents had trouble getting out to the beach. The path to the public entrance needs to be cleaned up & bushes cut back. The bathroom floors were dirty when we arrived and the carpet upstairs is stained and worn. There were a lot of pots & pans put away dirty. The refrigerator has some kind of leak and a hand towel was left in there to absorb the water. The ice maker didn’t work very well. The dryer door doesn’t stay shut so we had to tape it closed to dry our clothes. The house could use some updating—appliances, ceiling fans, carpet.

The house is next to a public parking lot. I think the location of this parking lot caused the beach to be more crowded. At times it was difficult to maintain "social distance". But, it is wonderful to be so close to the beach.
