This is our 4th time staying at Roxanne Towers and we have loved it every time. This was our second time staying in this 2 bedroom condo and it has been perfect for us to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. My little one especially loves the lazy river! We will definitely book again!

Low key, quiet, not much frills and it doesn't stand out, but thats exactly what I wanted. The grounds are kept clean and there is always an available elevator. Room was fantastic and the condo itself is in one of the best locations on Myrtle. Cops are heavy in the area too, so you always felt safe.

The condo is in an excellent location near the boardwalk and a beautiful ocean view. The updates are nice, however the mattresses could be higher quality as the felt thin. The living room couch seemed older also. It features a pull out matress that is not really good for sleeping as you can feel the rails due to thin matress. If the mattresses were better, the condo would get 5 stars. All that being said, I give it a solid 4/5 and recommend.

Roxanne Towers staff and Elliot Beach Rentals staff are both phenomenal! I loved staying at this property. It was the perfect location for the music festival we were attending. The condo is the perfect size and we were very comfortable. The pool and lazy river was great for our son and my mom to enjoy while we were at the fest. We also took advantage of them before the fest. We will definitely stay here again!

The location was the best feature, the kitchen had decent appliances. The cleanliness was a definite issue, the bedding was covered in stains and the shower liner was completely covered in mold and mildew. We ended up having to buy a new liner to even use the shower. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty and very worn. The main door to the unit was so hard to open/close, that only my husband could do it. Which is a big concern as a parent traveling with children, what if there was an emergency like a fire and we couldn’t get out. The washer was so tiny it hardly held anything which was one of the reasons that drew us to this property but not worth it. Next time we’ll stay at the 4 star hotel next door.

So....my whole experience was positive. It truly was. The condo is nicely decorated and clean. However, there is a distinct smell of cat urine. I will say in all fairness, an Elliot representative was quick and very timely about getting someone in our place to try to remedy the odor. And while it didnt entirely resolve the smell, I truly appreciated how quickly they responded.

Wonderful Condo

We had a great time and the condo was perfect. It is a great size and even had a small washer and dryer. So close to the beach and the amenities were great.
