Staff is great, Room not so much. Mold in guest shower room, Their is an odor as soon as you walk in the door. Floors need to be washed, Had to wear sandals in unit or your feet/socks would get dirty. Amenities are good and parking is convenient.

Property very, very dated and not much upkeep being done, rooms are very dated as well and very, very dirty, I went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself, also dirty dishes put back that we ran a load of dishes through the washer. very grateful for a clean bed and mostly comfortable and they have a large laundry facility, and a very large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean room 421. Breakfast was just okay but for $10.00 who could ask for more but do have to say the restaurant staff was the friendliest then the 2 ladies at the front desk, I know it was not the Hilton but I just expected more I quess .... was our Christmas vacation and was just okay

Staff was courteous. Room shows its age, minimal guest items eg no plastic or glass cups in the room, very old and stained coffeemaker, rust in bathroom, drapes hard to close due to rusty rods. Just an older resort not at its prime on a beautiful beach location. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Overall, our experience was good, our room was clean with beautiful ocean front view. The area was nice and quiet and everyone was very friendly, specially Kim at windows ocean front restaurant for breakfast.
