Beautiful property, very clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect spot in town, and the amenities were exactly what we needed. The best part having the gorgeous ocean view right outside . Would definitely come back. Hosts were very attentive.

Amazing Unit!

Property is amazing with all of the amenities. The unit was recently updated and it didn't disappoint. Check in & check out process was seamless. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved at our stay at Sandy Pants! The condo was beautiful and clean! Mar Vista is hands down our favorite NMB property- our family really enjoyed all the amenities the building offers! Also- such a great location within easy access to all the best restaurants and entertainment. Both the owners and housekeeping company were easily accessible whenever we had questions, and check-in/check-out were a breeze! Highly recommend!

Perfect. Beautiful property. Free parking. Super clean. Condo is fully equipped ... kitchen, linens, etc. Great beach views. Quiet too. We loved it!!!

We stay at the Mar Vista every Memorial Day, so we have stayed in many owners' condos. This is definitely one of the nicest ones we've stayed in.

Awesome place!

Beautiful, Clean Condo!

We loved our stay here! It was beautifully decorated and felt very clean. Definitely the nicest rental I have ever stayed in. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools as well. Will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful ….spacious , nicely decorated, and equipped with everything that you could need. The view was gorgeous! Enjoyed the large balcony! Love Mar Vista Grande for all of the amenities, especially the lazy river .

Condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable and maintained in like new condition. The kitchen was also well equipped for any in home dining options! We have visited North Myrtle beach many times and this was the nicest condo we have rented. Thanks Chad!

Beautiful condo in favorite building

Mar Vista is my favorite place to stay: gorgeous views, pool, tiki bar, instant beach access. We’ve stayed many times. This condo was our favorite. Updated, modern and clean. The price was more than we’ve paid for others but worth it for the extra updates and newer decor.

This is such a beautiful condo!! The decor and unit holds very true to the pictures. It is extremely clean and well stocked. It's just the right mix of luxury and feeling right at home. Chad is incredibly responsive, and communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. We absolutely loved our Christmas stay here at the Mar Vista, and have already booked again for 2019!!

Perfect stay!

This was the second year in this apartment for all November. Like last year, everything was perfect. It’s well maintained, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We come back next year for all November. Chad always answer immediately if we have any question to him. A perfect place.

Great oceanfront property

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful direct-oceanfront condo. The unit is well-maintained and appointed with luxurious furnishings. The building has convenient access to all-things Myrtle Beach related--2 piers within 20 minutes of a drive, shopping, theaters, and restaurants. Ocean Drive is about 1/2 mile away with many restaurants and also has a pavilion with carnival rides. Easy access to the beach and umbrella and chair rentals available daily through the City of North Myrtle Beach. Great vacation rental!

We had an awesome time! The condo is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed all the amenities!

The condo is first class with decor and amenities. The owner, Chad was very easy to deal with & provided excellent customer service with emails & texts prior to stay, during and after leaving the condo. It was great to park on P4 level & simply walk up one flight of stairs to condo. No line at the elevator when arriving or departing condo because of the awesome location on the 5th floor. We will be back for sure to make more wonderful family memories.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was decorated great and all the rooms were like from out of a magazine. The balcony was roomy with a view to die for that overlooked the pool and lazy river. In the morning, 2 separate days, we stood on the balcony and watched Dolphins play in the ocean. Easy access to the beach and the condo. At times, felt like we were the only people in the whole place. Several times had the pools all to ourselves. Love, love, loved it! Can't thank the Hollands enough for sharing their place with us.
