The suite I stayed in had mold everywhere. I had to call because the shower curtain was very dirty and smelled of mildew and sour. The people who came in to replace things were friendly. The suite definitely had water damage, which is where the mold came from. Other then that other areas were very clean and i would return I will just check my suite first.

First room we received was horrible, stains on couch, bed and curtains. We had a standard two bdrm on north tower. The king bed also had 2 big lumps on opposite sides of bed like someone had been sleeping there forever. Outdated furniture. Also stains on ceiling. When we went to address the issues the clerk Kevin immediately resolved the isuues without hesitation. He simple have us another room that was like night and day in the south tower. This one was cleaner and brighter. I hate that you don't know exactly what you are getting until you get there. I think they are overpriced, i paid over 2grand for 5 nights and recently I've been getting airbnbs, but i wanted to be on the beach. I've spent less going to Florida. I wouldn't go back unless the rooms were extremely cheaper. The upper scale hotels like hilton etc were around the same or cheaper but booked, I'll make sure to book way ahead of time. Staff was the most pleasant thing and they do keep the pools very clean and the grounds.

First I would like to say this is not a bad review. However I will point out some things that need some improvement. I have been traveling to Myrtle Beach for many years and sometimes it's a hit and miss. The hotel and resort provided everything stated in the listing and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were very kind and professional. The pool and hot tubs were very adequate. The lobby and restaurants were also nice. However if you have more discerning taste, this property may not be for you. I'm sure that there are many great rooms and suites but unfortunately we did not get one of them. I was told that rooms are picked as people arrive; so it's often a hit and miss on what you will receive. I would describe my room as tight in regards to the kitchen, bathroom and seating area. However there was enough space for the bedroom. The sheets were not clean, but the front desk had new sheets delivered promptly. There were a few holes in the bedroom door, rusty areas and loose coverings. Also, one of the stove eyes didn't work and sliding door handle was loose. The aracade needs to be closed until the games are serviced. Overall I felt safe, but I prefer a little more comfort. I would visit again if I was able to pick my room or suite.

rooms were tiny, could not leave door open at night due to neighbor's smoke coming in. NO WHERE on expedia did i see that you either have to pay $$ or have a $250 hold on your credit card for potential damages...this right here tells you all you need to know....

The best things about this place were the beautiful ocean views from our 9th floor balcony in the south tower and the central location of this resort, conveniently located between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach attractions. The unit itself was very, very dumpy and dirty and was in dire need of an upgrade and a deep cleaning. Confederate flag decor was not appreciated by northerners. The TV channels were difficult to figure out, the furniture and cabinetry had seen much better days. The beds were squeaky but ok. Several of the outdoor hot tubs were out of order, as was one of the lazy river pools. The hot tubs that were working were always packed to the gills with an average of 10 to 15 people per hot tub all the time--which seemed like an over capacity problem and did not make them appealing. This was probably because the weather was unseasonably cold when we were there, and the main outdoor pools were not heated. The indoor and outdoor pools closed when there was any hint of lightning. We also had to sidestep around a significant amount of construction to get around the pool deck. Overall, this place needs some TLC, some upgrading, and a deep cleaning. Location and views were really good.
