Disappointing and Unsafe Stay For over $1,000 for a two-night stay, this place was a major letdown. The unit felt unsafe — the front door lock was broken, the sliding door didn’t work, and several outlets were non-functional. The couch was filthy (had to ask for a cover), the pillows had visible hair, and the bathroom and toilet were not clean. Overall, the room was in very poor condition. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant and mentioned the property was recently purchased and is currently undergoing renovations. That said, guests should be made aware of the current condition before booking. This stay did not match the price or expectations.

If you want a mildew smelling roach infest stay than highly recommend here. Everything is run down. How they are still in operation is crazy. DONT STAY HERE!

We didn’t even stay, when we walked into our room there were big cracks in the front door at the bottom, and at the back door. We checked out and went somewhere else. Also the AC was not working .

We didnt even get to check in. Booking through expedia and they did not reserve the room in the name i requested which was my fiancé's name due to me being robbed earlier at a gas station and since i had no ID i requsted her name be listed as checking in Which didnt happen. Then spent the next 30 mins chating with some robot trying to get someone to help me with a name change but was never able to reach any one to help me with that until it was too late. So while waiting for someone from expedia the hotel asked if we had $100 deposit which was news to me because our previous stays booked through expedia didnt require it so we didnt know one woukd be needed . An was refussed to be checked in due to not having the deposite . After getting intouch with expedia and letting them know about all these issues expedia said the were going to ask for a refund but was told no refund would be made do to hotel policy. So as we were forced to sleep on the streer due to hotel not leting us check into a room For the lack not having a deposit even after we paid for the room which stated all taxes and fees pd. So no we had a terrible experience all the way around and basically gave the last money we had for a room we were not allowed to stay and no refund coming to us . So our review is we would not recommend either company to anyone ever .

The building needs toar down. We have traveled and stayed at many places over the years, but this was the worst ever. Elevator has been broken. Sliding door to balcony was very dirty. Chairs there on the balcony were filthy. No soap, no coffe or anything.holes in the wall at baseboards. Stairwell door kept getting stuck and handle ready to break off. Dog feces and cigarette butts all over. The staff was very friendly, but the building is old and worn out.

This property is disgusting. We stayed one night because it was so filthy. If I had been able to check in somewhere else we never would have stayed the one night. Sticky stuff covered the fridge and side tables. No towels were available to shower. The pool is 100 percent unusable and after seeing the room I would have not trusted it to be clean either. Do not believe the positive reviews, they are fake. Stay somewhere else. I left, and had to pay another fee elsewhere m, they are refusing to refund my cost even though we did not use the room for the entire stay. I took pictures but there is no where here to post what this property truly looks like and the condition. It smells so bad of must and mold we have all had a cough since being in this room for 1 night.
