The condo itself, I would give five stars. The parking though was awful and the spaces with the columns everywhere was hard to park. I actually damaged my car trying to park. Outside of that, everything about the condo was comfortable, clean, and the view was amazing! The response time and information from the property management group was five stars! I look forward to booking this condo again in the future but will pay metered parking over parking at the location again.

Check in process is terrible.

Why can’t you just text a key code to get into the door and have parking passes and everything we need laying on the counter ?We had to Uber From the airport, we get there and then we have to Uber to a office building just to get keys which didn’t even work. Why can’t you have that in the room waiting for us ? It’s Ridiculous

Dear God, this was not relaxing!!!

Ridiculous time trying to get door locks fixed. Sheets do not fit the bed. Couch is broken and stinks of mildew and Marijuana. Unit is decorated so cutely. If only they would've addressed the bathtub clogging with standing water, the broken couch, bad door locks, and the fact that the parking deck was under renovation prior to our 7 day stay. Just a nightmare!!!

Love St. Clements but…

My wife and I stay at the St. Clements for an easy cheap getaway from Charlotte. We love the balconies and sea view. This time the unit was a bit nicer than some others have been, but there were still problems. The water in the tub came out brown; the bottom sheet and mattress refused to stay on the bed rendering the night’s sleep a bit difficult; we had neither hand towels nor dish towels for cleaning (please just get a decent linen service) ; and there is no oven. We had to drive 10-15 minutes down the beach for check-in and check-out. Why? How about texting me the updated key code and leaving a parking pass in the unit. Make it easier for me not you, please. All in all, we’ll stay at the St. Clements again, but won’t use this method to secure a spot.
