Perfect condo for a summer trip. All the comforts of home with a full kitchen , laundry room and plenty of space for the whole family. located on the ocean just a block from the family kingdom. This is a direct ocean front suite . the balcony directly faces the ocean . Tons of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We are in a quiet building but still in the midst of everything. A very sought after location in Myrtle Beach

We vacationed Labor day weekend and had a great time. The manager was awesome to work with.He made sure we were comfortable with our room. Alsome view of the beach. The family hated to leave but we will be going back soon

In the Heart of Myrtle Beach … Location was Nice … View of the ocean was amazing … Parking was a little tight but there was overflow parking that worked out nicely …

Huge unit

Apartment was huge, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen with a twin rollout, 1 queen and 1 twin) enough room for 8 people. 3 full bathroom. Master was enormous with king, walk in closet, double vanity and seperate room with bathtub and shower. Huge kitchen and living room space. Large balcony off of living room extending to master bedroom. Pool on the other hand was extremely dirty when we arrived. The walls were all green, water was cloudy and dirty. Host was very quick to respond and attempt to resolve this problem. We arrived on a Thursday and pool was unusable Thursday, Friday and part of Saturday due to it not being cleaned. We were offered to go to sister property to use pool which was about 15 min away. Once the pool had been cleaned we used it Saturday afternoon-Monday. Even when cleaned it wasn't entirely cleaned the walls still need some thorough scrubbing. I do want to say host was very responsive to this issue and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. Pool in the listing looked beautiful and we should have received it that way.

Nice condo not great neighborhood

The condo itself was clean, they took good care of the pool and made sure the entry and elevators were clean. It is located in a sort of sketchy area just fyi. Homeless people slept outside the building, defecated in the grass nearby. Also, there is no key access or lock on the pool area so we had some randoms come in and ask us for alcohol. We did also have cockroaches in our room. It’s not a bad place but not for the faint of heart. Lots of marijuana smoking all around including your condo neighbors.

The Perfect Storm

We arrived at check in and no response from the host and couldn’t check in at 4pm. I was able to get in touch with the owner of the property, who was very apologetic, as well as accommodating for the miscommunication with the host, and the property not being ready at checkin time. The owner came to the property and made sure we were in the condo and settled, with everything we needed for our stay. Now the condo….. was beautiful, beachfront, nice and clean, Spacious for a big family of eight and a few guess over to just chill for the day. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Fully equipped Kitchen, nice and big with everything you need for cooking. Beds were comfortable, great balcony, beachfront view, nice bathrooms and showers. Master bedroom is amazing, with balcony access …... Not showed in the listing there is two beds in the 3rd room the picture only show a queen bed, there is a twin bed in that same room and rollaway bed, which will accommodate eight people. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, grocery stores, 5 minute walk to Family Kingdom amusement park, short walk to bars, and 12 minute pier. About 20 minute walk to Ripleys believe it or not, more restaurants, bars, gaming, and Ferris wheel by walking the boardwalk. We will definitely be back to stay and will stay at this property every time.

Beautiful property with Excellent Host

Ray was the property manager and he met with us on arrival. He stayed on-site in another unit and was at our beck and call the entire duration of the stay. He was the friendliest host I’ve ever met and truly bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. And I can’t say enough about the property. It was beautiful, huge, clean, and the view was amazing. Powerful central air kept up down right chilly even when it was blazing outside. Will stay again.

OVERALL STAY WAS GOOD

Cleanliness of property was not satisfactory especially the floors. They were not swept...trash was on the floor. Showers/bathroom. Could be due to time between each stay. Suggest a spot clean before each checkin to eliminate the issue. Lastly, only one trash bag (the one in the trash cans) were provided and same with tissue. At lease provide extra. Even with a weekend stay, it was not enough.
