Great stay

Clean convenient beachfront room. Management is friendly, responsive and fantastic to work with. Great experience for a short weekend trip for a basketball tournament.

Nice room, nice stay

The furnishings were a little different than pictured but still nice. The bed was comfy and linens were very clean. 733 could use an updating and deep cleaning but was comparable or better than most low budget rentals at Myrtle Beach. comparathathlbudgetrentals.

Just ok

Great communication with owner...answered very quickly to all my questions. The building on the outside is pretty run down. Paint chipping off, trash over flowing at all times of the day, elevators very dirty. The inside of condo was decent. Nice that there is no carpet. And it was well furnished with dishes and silverware. Nice view of ocean and good location to everything when you do not hav a car.

I couldnt of asked for better service communication was fantastic and everything was very organized and easy to find! We enjoyed every moment we spent inside and outside the hotel. Loved the fact the pool was clean every morning kudos yo the pool cleaners and extra kudos the quick and effective room maintenance staff! Some of the guest were a bit roudy and we did make some reports of mistreatment of the property and privacy concerns during our stay at the main office located across the street, but otherwise all was perfect! We definitely are looking to return next year for a much longer stay than this time! Hoping for a higher floor with an even more breathe taking view.

This property has a beautiful view and is in a great area. We had an issue with the popcorn ceiling consistently falling over the bed and in the living room. In the end they compensated us accordingly. We would stay at this property again once the ceiling issue is taking care of.

We had a great time at this condo! The condo was nice and clean, it was within walking distance of many places, and the view was beautiful! The owners answered any questions we had very promptly, and was were very nice.

Our mediocre stay

Overall impression is not good. Pot smoking most days on the balconies and inside some units. No security whatsoever to control the people off the street coming in using the pool and hottub. We paid to stay there, and most days we didn’t get to use the pool or hottub as it was packed with people not even staying there. We did complain one day as a person took over the hottub for the whole afternoon and he was wearing a prison ankle bracelet, but nothing was done. You need SECURITY for this building!!!

Excellent experience!

The location was perfect because we had so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The communication with the property managers was excellent. Everything was clean and smelled great when we arrived. The process was easy just getting the key code and having all the paperwork in the suite (no long check in process to deal with). We would definitely rent this property again!
