  • Summer Winds, a second row Garden City Beach community, with 16 homes featuring beautifully landscaped grounds and a swimming pool, which is open Easter/April 1st to October 1st. #12 accommodates 6 with 2 queens and 2 singles. Comfort and affordability makes this vacation home the perfect go-to for the budget-minded traveler. A covered porch overlooks the pool and a screened in porch is directly off the living room. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

Very satisfied

We stayed here for a week and had a great time, location is a short walk across the street to the beach, and the pool was so nice. We will for sure stay here again.

Parking is terrible. You have to park one car behind the other and have to move every time someone needs the car out. Trying to turn around is tight as well. Property needs updates but was very clean.

Good but not great

House needs a lot of upgrades but location is wonderful and pool right next to place is great! For no longer than we stay inside while on vacation, it is doable.
