Clean, loved the loft open feel, it was quiet, alley entrance was spacious and we'll lit so it didn't feel like an alley. Plenty of parking spaces and location worked out great. We had never experienced a tankless water heater before, so running the water seemed longer to warm up than use to. Window air conditioner unit was constantly running to keep it comfortable, no central a/c, and no window to look out.

Room furnished like a studio apt with Laundry, dishes, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Was very clean. Walking distance to boardwalk, beach and mini golf. Brewery had tasty beers with a lot of options but only stayed open to 8pm. Did not need to contact management for anything so not sure how easy that would have been. If we had stayed 1 more day would have needed more toilet paper as they only provided 1 backup roll but I'm sure if we needed more we could've contacted them or asked someone at the brewery. Would recommend staying here.

Rooms have adjoining door through which you can hear people in next room - fine if they are not loud. I've unfortunately stayed in Myrtle Beach the past five years for baseball games, and had the lofts existed the whole time, this would have been my first choice. The brewery downstairs has a nice physical atmosphere, but like every place these days, the customer service is at best just ok. Beer, for a non-brewery area is quite good.

This place was amazing. It was convenient to boardwalk and dining options. The brewery below the lofts was great with a wonderful staff. The inside was a perfect loft set up with kitchen and laundry. Loved the quiet hours! Definitely would recommend and will be going back.
