The location is perfect! However there was a huge 2x4 laying in the floor in the bunk bed area where my young daughter was sleeping, garbage in the hall gets pretty piled up days at a time. I had important questions that I was left ghosted on so communication is not great and it seems by the weekend a wilder crowd stays who just run around and do whatever they want Al night with no security. For the price , there are many other choices sound with better amnesties I think I would choose next time

Our first impression was not being able to get in the front door because I never got sent my access codes. We had to tailgate a family going in after walking around with our suitcases for 2 hours. This property is not clean, not well kept, and doesn’t even have someone at the desk on a regular basis. We couldn’t find anyone to get us clean towels and were told to take our own dirty towels down to the laundry room if we didn’t want them in our room. There wasn’t even a TV in the bedroom. I would barely call this a motel let alone a resort. We ended up leaving halfway through our stay to go to a real resort to save our vacation. The manager was kind enough to refund part of my money when he found out I was not pleased and had checked out early so I did appreciate that. If you want a resort, this is not it. If you want a place to sleep where there is no one to monitor noise, smoking, yelling kids, etc…you might enjoy it.

Very easy check in, nice lady at front desk, quietly place , just steps from the Ocean! This is really old building. The apt is very clean but old, really need some renovation, advertising says queen bed, but is full size !!

This property is Awesome! Ray the property owner was very accommodating and professional!! Such a sweet guy who takes care of his guest!!! The resort was clean, staff was assessable when we had a question even in the middle of night!!! The receptionist Angie was Exceptional also! Angie was very helpful also!!! They made us feel right at home!!! The unit was clean and grounds were very well kept with many amenities!!! They even accommodated our need for a late check out due to flight being delayed. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others!! My family and I had a great time and enjoyed our stay!!! Thanks The Woodson’s!!!
