“In my experience 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds is a rare find, but ideal for recreating with our three adult children & their spouses, plus a small dog. Each bedroom accommodated its king sized bed and guest’s baggage, without being cramped. TV in each bedroom plus one in upstairs and downs stairs living areas, which were both well furnished. Everything was clean and well organized. Kitchen well equipped - cookware, tableware, cutlery, etc. Cabinets stocked w/ essentials & extras; Essential small……

“Excellent location and great accommodations. Enjoyed the kayaks that were available for guest use. 15ish min walk into town with sidewalks for most of the way. My daughter loved the hammock they have under the tree and the fire pits next to the water were great in the evening. We didn’t make use of the bicycles but they were well equipped with 10 beach cruiser type bikes. I was concerned about the proximity to the train tracks but slept fine. Appears to be passenger trains only, which are short……

“The property is so convenient, it is 900 feet to mystic pizza and the main street. The downstairs area has a separate sitting area which is nice if you have kids. States sleeping 9 but I think that is a stretch unless you have little kids. There is only 2 bathrooms which could be an issue if you have a lot of ladies. We did not have any issues with that. If you want a close location to everything that mystic has to offer, this houses for you.”

“This is a lovely, spacious, and well-stocked home in an absolutely wonderful area of Mystic--scenic, historic, peaceful, and yet within walking distance of the town center. We loved staying there!!!Suggestions:Some additional living-room seating; for ex, have 2 couches rather than simply the twin sleeper single chairs (the house accommodates 12 guests). Add window coverings on front and side ground-floor windows and also the 2nd-floor dressing room between master bedroom & bath.”

“Lovely property, with great views and access to kayaks, paddle boards and peddle boats for added fun. They also had a large tented area by the dock that allowed a shaded area which was perfect as we had an infant with us. We rented both the first and second floors together which worked great for six adults and an infant. The second floor was smaller than the first - a smaller living area and kitchen, and a little two-chair deck - but comfortable for what we needed. The home was sound proof……

“This was a very comfortable, quiet rental with plenty of amenities. We are a family of two parents and one 13 child and the bedroom-living room connection worked for us. The sofa bed would be uncomfortable for an adult, but was fine for our child. All sheets and towels were very clean. The whole place was very cozy and comfortable. The town of Stonington is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

“The location was great for a wedding in Stonington and free time in mystic. The house was like stepping back in history! Everywhere one looked there was another intriguing antique to enjoy. Our family really enjoyed our stay and the opportunity to stay together in such a wonderful house”
