「I was so happy after our long flight from Hong Kong. We were able to stay in a beautiful hotel during our trip. We don't often have the opportunity to see these gorgeous views and experience the unique atmosphere in HK. My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. It was an amazing experience. We were able to enjoy the 24-hour minibar, which made us very happy. I am really looking forward to coming back again someday.」

「Lovely rooms, lovely bar, lounge areas and pool. The hotel is well presented. The only issue was that the children are not allowed in the indoor pool at any time of the day or night, and strangely, there was no butter to go on the bread at breakfast, even when we asked!」

「Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night.
