「スタッフがとても親切です。 今回、タクシーアプリのヤンデックスゴーが使えないなかでの旅行でしたが、早朝タクシー使いたい旨を伝えると快くチャーターしてくれました。お陰でリーズナブルな値段で駅まで移動できました（遺跡と駅は15キロ離れていて、ヒヴァ行きの電車は早朝でした）。 英語が普通に使えて、ホテルに帰ると日本語の挨拶をしてくれたりします。 遺跡とホテルも近いです。 シャワーはお湯がでて、水圧も問題なし。 部屋の床は清潔。朝飯はフレッシュな野菜や卵や肉が取れて問題なし、味もよし（料理の量は普通くらい、すごい豊富かというとそうではない）。 ウズベキスタンで使ったホテルでは、個人的にはダントツ良かった。 」

「Nice and cozy rooms, location were right at the center of the Bukhara old town, most of the attractions were in walking distance, very nice. The room price were very reasonable, for its price, the service provided is exceptional.」

「シャーヒ・ズィンダ廟群の目の前にあります。入口までは歩いて１分程度。ビビハニム・モスクなども徒歩圏内。観光地巡りには便利です。ホテル自体も対応良し。このクラスのホテルでは珍しく、荷物を部屋まで持って行ってくれます。スタッフは英語が話せるのでコミュニケーションもOK。部屋は完全に独立した２部屋に分かれていて、なぜかトイレも２つ。一人利用でしたので持て余し気味でしたが清潔で快適でした。バスタブがあったのが一番の感激。日本人にはうれしい装備ですね。日本人の方は全く見かけませんでしたが、お勧めのホテルです。夜間にレギスタン広場周辺で食事をして、徒歩で戻りました。ホテルまでの道のりは暗いですが、治安の良さを感じました。」
